Jesse A. Bender

    Jesse A. Bender is a native of New Jersey and has been a licensed attorney since 2015, with a concentration in civil litigation and collections. He is licensed to practice law in New Jersey, New York, the United States District Court of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

    In 2011, Jesse began his legal career as an intern with the Hon. John A. Conte, J.S.C. (ret.) at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County Vicinage. He subsequently attended law school at Stetson University College of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2015.

    From 2015 to 2016, Jesse A. Bender served as law clerk for the Hon. Joseph R. Rosa, Jr., J.S.C., then Supervising Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County Vicinage: Special Civil Part.

    After completing his clerkship, Jesse practiced consumer collections law for approximately two years before expanding the focus of his practice to a wider array of subject-areas, including but not limited to employment disputes and automobile accidents. His practice is currently focused on commercial litigation, business transactions, and civil disputes.

    Jesse is also a proud alumni of Ramapo College of New Jersey, where he graduated magna cum laude in 2011, and with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
