Catherine T. Calabria, Esq. joined CCA Law in 2026 with more than 30 years of legal experience. Cathy is known for her practical judgment, meticulous drafting and steady guidance through life’s most personal legal matters.
A lifelong New Jerseyan, Cathy graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Finance before earning her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. She began her career clerking for the Honorable Charles J. Harrington, Jr., J.S.C., in Hudson County, and then practiced as a general practitioner for over a decade, gaining broad experience across multiple areas of law.
Cathy later served as Director of Legal Resources for Espinosa & Espinosa, where she helped expand the firm’s presence throughout the tristate region and supported initiatives for minority-owned business contracts. In 2010, she opened the Law Office of Catherine T. Calabria, dedicating her practice to estate administration, estate planning, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Directives, guardianships and elder law.
She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court. Cathy is also a licensed New Jersey realtor and a member of the Bergen County Bar Association, the NJ State Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
