Conte Clayton & Austin, P.A. Statement on COVID-19
The Law Firm of Conte Clayton & Austin, P.A. is committed to protecting the health and safety of our clients, lawyers, staff, and colleagues during these difficult times. In response to the COVID-19 crisis, we have adopted a series of protocols and policies to ensure that your legal needs are satisfied while at the same time minimizing the potential for the spread of the COVID-19 virus within our operations.
As of March 16, 2020, the firm transitioned to remote operations. All attorneys and staff are available by phone and e-mail during regular business hours. Clients should experience no change in service in terms of ability to access our office staff. Critical legal matters, including essential in-person meetings, as permitted by the State of New Jersey, are being handled as necessary and where appropriate. These include essential closings, litigation matters, and execution of critical estate planning documents.
CCA is committed to assisting you, your business, and your family in these challenging times. This includes providing you with the legal services necessary to protect these interests. We continue to work on innovative procedures to meet these needs during these challenging times while avoiding unnecessary potential exposure to the COVID-19 virus.
We urge all clients, staff and colleagues to follow the advice and guidelines published by the medical community and governmental agencies regarding the COVID-19 crisis. Please stay mindful of your physical and mental health and check in on loved ones and friends to assist them in preserving their health and well being during these challenging times.
We can only overcome this challenge as a community. We look forward to continuing to provide you with the high quality legal services that you have come to expect from our firm so that we can get through this together and ensure that you can thrive after the storm passes.
